By accessing or using LaserParse services ("Service"), operated by WEBMIX Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

LaserParse provides AI-powered document processing services, including but not limited to:

• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document analysis
• Data extraction and validation from various document types
• Document structure understanding and interpretation
• Custom AI implementation services
• Integration APIs and export functionalities

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROHIBITED USES

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Processing documents containing illegal content or violating third-party rights
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Using the Service to compete with or create competing services
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Sharing account credentials or unauthorized access

4. AI AND DOCUMENT PROCESSING DISCLAIMERS

IMPORTANT: Our AI-powered document processing service is provided "AS IS" with the following important disclaimers:

• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: While we strive for high accuracy, AI processing may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all extracted data.
• No Professional Advice: Our Service does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.
• Human Review Required: All critical business decisions should involve human review and verification.
• Document Quality Dependency: Results depend on document quality, format, and legibility.
• Continuous Learning: Our AI models may evolve, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You own or have proper authorization for all documents you upload
• We may process your documents using cloud-based AI services
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security
• You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws
• We may retain anonymized data for service improvement purposes
• You should not upload highly sensitive documents without proper risk assessment

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including AI models, algorithms, software, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of WEBMIX Group. You retain ownership of your documents but grant us a limited license to process them as necessary to provide the Service.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-PROCESSED DATA
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN EXTRACTED DATA OR BUSINESS LOSSES RESULTING FROM SUCH ERRORS

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEBMIX Group, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

For paid services:

• Fees are due in advance and non-refundable except as required by law
• We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• You authorize automatic billing for recurring subscriptions
• Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may also terminate for convenience with 30 days notice. Sections involving liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits. Arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where WEBMIX Group is headquartered.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where WEBMIX Group is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WEBMIX Group regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
